Misty Deep stretching full video

Super simple tutorial to get your oversplits! This type of extreme flexibility is awesome, but make sure you are nice and warm (lots of cardio and stretching) before you try them out! I use yoga blocks, but you can use books.. rolled up sweatshirts.. etc.. Follow along with my simple dance stretches to get more flexible and mobile, then try out the fancy pants oversplits. Remember to be gentle on your body and listen to what it’s telling you 🙂
